CalendarPro for Google App Reviews

I am very happy to see the app working again. I am running OS X 10.9.5 on which the previous update was refusing to work. But now it is all functional again. I missed using my calendars in calendar pro very much. The keyboard shortcuts are really handy. Good update.

why bother with another tab on Chrome or Safari ? with just a shortcut, you calendar opens up in a separate window

Remember all those times you tried to make Google Calendar work properly in iCal/Calendar? Yeah… me too. Just pay the $1.99 and get it over with.

Won’t recognize my password. Uninstalled. Don’t bother.

The app will not let me create events, which makes it useless. It also keeps freezing. I wish I hadn’t bought it, it was a waste of money.

I have to downgrade this app from 5 to 3 stars because of recent malfunctions. When I open the app after login, the blank page keeps rendering until I click on “+” sign. It opens my clanedar normaly and I close that blank page. It is very anoying and I’m not sure if anyone else experiences the same. Other than that, this is a great app that syncs instantly with all my Google calendars. It is easy to use because it is identical to your internet version. Anyone who uses Google calendar as a primary organizer will be satisfied with its performance. I run a few updates from the time of purchase and all of them were painless. I’ll defenitly recommend it!

Really great unitlity to access my google clendar for business.

This is just a link to Google web version. Just a web app. There is little code in this application. I dont need downloading and paying for this, I can use FLUID to run web-app. This doesnt allow me to see 2 google calendars in 2 different accounts side by side. Yes I can share one of them but whas the point if I can do it all online then. Unfortunately I was expecting more from this app since its a paid app and I wouldnt mind to spend a few dollars if it can do what I was expecting it to do - run as an OSX app.

I’m finally free from looking for my GoogleCalender from tons of brower-tabs :-) Runs quick, easy to use, the shortcut-keys and 2factor-authentication are also supported. Greate app, very useful.

Might be me, but cannot get the program to work. Complaint is that tech support does not reply or offer any help. Waste of money

In my first rating I gave it four stars. I’m now giving it a one because I”m constantly being asked to rate it and the choices are either yes or remind me later. They need to add a “NO” button as one of the choices and quit pestering people.

Does not properly load the google calendar webpage (white space all over the place) and I cannot scroll through more that 5 calendars. Do not bother just use google calendar on chrome or with Fluid.

I like the calander per-say, the style and festures. The bugs, my goodness same old issue 6 or 7 times out of 10 when I open the calander to create, delete, or alter I have to refresh because I’m locked out. 25% of the time I’m froze out completely and have to keep checking back to see when I can use the calander, this is major bummer. I’m getting real tired of down loading fixes then have the EXACT same issues the EXACT same frequency as when I down loaded it. My frist rating was 3 stars, then 2, then 3 now that I’m reminded of how I keep coming back to my good god I need a to look into a calendar and dump I’m settling in on 2 starts. The only thing that stops me form changing now is the time it takes to get restarted and who know about these computer calanders, more then likely I’ll find something just as messy!

This isn’t the most glamorous calendar app out there, but it does work with Google Calendar a lot better than any other application I’ve tried. I doesn’t have a lot of fancy features and it doesn’t look that pretty, but it is very functional. I’ve had a few issues with the application since installing it. I did have to learn to refresh the calendar before starting to input a new entry. There were a couple of times that I was putting in a new calendar entry and the application refreshed just as I was finishing up. I had to start all over. It only took a couple of times for me to learn.

Easy, simple to use, and saves me from having to keep a tab open on the web. Great app to keep in the dock.

I love this app because it’s simple and it just works. Why is it so difficult to find a calendar app that syncs properly with Google Calendar, that has working notifications and that has all of the functionality needed? Doesn’t seem a like a tall order, but this is the only calendar app that just works.

color coding of calendars does not work in shared calendars for anyone other than administrators. Don’t understand this..Otherwise a capable app.

just bought and downloaded, went to launchpad on computer, and not in apps for phone. I don’t want to rate it bad or good because i haven’t used it. Trying to get my money back.

I am so busy that I do not have time to find a better on line calendar. I like the colors as it is easiy see what the appt is for but 9 out of 10 times I have to close the program and reopen it to add new appts…it is always just stuck. I don’t get it. You would certanily think they would have fixed this HUGE problem by now. I would love it if I could count on it when my client is standing in front of me or I am entering info while on the phone…but I have to say can you wait a minute and give me the information again.
